DENVER TEST

ZELVIANTY
 Denver Test is one of the developmental screening
tool to determine the earliest possible developmental
disorders occurring in children from birth to age 6
years
PREPARATION STEPS
1. The place

The DENVER II consists of 125 task or items,
which are arranged on the test form in four sectors
to screen the following areas of function:
1. personal-social
2. Fine motor adaptive
3. Language
4. Gross motor
 Age scale are listed at the top of the form that is
divided from the age in months and years
 Each space between the marks represents the age
of 1 month, until the child is 24 months old.Then
represent 3 months, until the child is 6 years old.

 At each developmental tasks amounted to 125,


there are limits to the ability of the development is
25%; 50% and 90% of the population of children
pass on the task of these developments.
In some development tasks are letters and numbers
at the end of the box to the left:

5. If the child is born prematurely, the correction factor of
prematurity age of children born more than 2 miggu
