Learning Outcomes

 Students will be able to utilize and demonstrate the theories presented.

 Students will be able to recall what type of leader they are and develop smart
goals to see where they want to go.

 Students will be able to determine what developmental level the students are at
following situational theory. Students will then be able determine which of the
presented models of supervision will best suite the evaluated student staff.

 Students will be able to reiterate path-goal theory and be able to explain the
goals of the Housing department.

 Students will be able to demonstrate their knowledge on path-goal theory with


the provided syllabus.

 Students will be able to label what skills-based leadership is and how they
should be utilizing these skills to better the student.
