Site Acquisition
• Identify 2X site nominals for acquisition
• SSAs to be educated on the HPC
empowerment and need to fast track
• All sites preferably to be acquired within 3
months of PO
• Circles may complete all formalities except
signing agreement before PO
• Agreement duration and other detailed inputs
to be sent to SSAs in advance
• Multiple acqn teams in big SSAs is a must
Media Planning
BTS/Node-B Sites Core Sites
• All sites, including SWAP sites to be • Requirement to be
planned for IP assessed
• Action Plan to be got prepared from • To be taken up with
the SSAs and tracked in % WTR/SSA/Circle
achievement TXMN
• Eqpt /cable requirement to be taken • Any reliability issues
up after compiling to be addressed
• Bare minimum MW to be planned
initially so that OF penetration can
be maximised.
• Ring planning to be urged
