 Projects Successfully Completed:

1. Nutanix Prism Pro Installation & Configuration & upgradation to

latest version 5.8.1
2. P to V migration of Ramco & Project Tracker Server to free End of
Life Servers & utilize Nutanix to the fullest.
3. P to V Migration of Tally & BRS Servers migration from Desktop to
Server ensuring availability & uptime.
4. Separation of UPS room from Datacenter by installing Separate Acs
& closing opened windows.

 Kaizen
• Mail Complainer (Mail Merge) implementation.
• Person document & mail forwarding configuration of all Google users
creation in Domino Directory.
• Email Infrastructure Document Preparation considering One Client to all
Email Infrastructure Information.
• Separate network creation on same VMWare cluster so as to differentiate
Tally Server with different IP Series sufficing different subnet users access.
• Redundant cooling in UPS Room with auto switching of ACs at an interval
of 4 hours.
• Active Directory complex Password Policy Enforcement matching current
Password Policies.
• Lotus Domino “Update Internet Password When Notes Client Password
Changes” is enforced to set value & prevent changes. It will help to
enforce changing internet password.
 RCA
• UPS Power Supply repeated issue RCA prepared & issue resolved.
Instructed team to keep an eye on UPS Room external Office
regularly.
• Lodha IT faced issue “unable to access internet even after have local
internet link". Issue is fixed by configuring DNS Forwarding in DNS
Server.
• RCA done & long pending issue resolved of return receipt saved in
the sent folder.
• Email block issue at our Barracuda due to "barracuda zero hour
intent" has been resolved which was occurred due to pattern/figure
print was match with Barracuda spam definition.
• BCC mail routing issue analyzed & observed Mr Omprakash has
marked BCC to IT Managers group, hence it is received by all IT
Managers.
 Major Tasks Completed
• False ceiling, paint work, packing work & Deep cleaning of
Datacenter.
• AC procured & installed in External UPS Room.
• Create 22 New Email ids across different plants & units.
• Deleted 12 Email ids across different plants & units.
• Lotus Domino Subscription renewal.
• ITGC Audit supported by providing deleted & disabled AD
users, Password policy, Last login, Server access logs etc.
• All Google accounts mail forwarding set in Domino LDAP. It
will help to search Domino Directory for any google account.
No need to store email address in local directory.
• Virtual server created on VMWare for ERP App M3 IDM.
 Education & Training
• Symantec Security Event is attended which helped in
analyzing leaders in email, web & end point leaders in
Security.
• Mail Support cum training is provided to Mr. Chetan Kaushik
regarding replica issues & email archival process.
• Training on Mail Merge is provided to Mr. R C Duggar which
will help him in better vendor management by sending bulk
emails as & when required.
 Area of Concern
• Power systems are running without Antivirus & DLP
• Shortfall of Nutanix RAM due to BI implementation in Nutanix.
 Area of Improvement
• To Free Server Rack -5 from Datacenter after consolidating
physical servers in other Racks.
• To prepare diagrams & charts of Datacenter racks & UPS
Room.
• More than 250 AC users which are already disabled needed to
be deleted after consultation with IT Head.
 Way forward
• We will address area of improvement &
concerns.
• We will complete projects in progress.
 Major Tasks Completed
• Software upgrade of Riverbed on all locations from 9.1.2 , now all reverbed are
working on single RIOS version- This is done to enable QoS and Path Selection and
achieve better optimization,
• Network Rack Cable dressing made at Noida Network-Room
• DMZ Switch and DLS Switch made power stack so that both switch will keep
functional in case on single source power failure.
• New Palo-Alto Firewall configured and Commissioning of 4 Mbps Internet and 4
Mbps MPLS at BMD Himmat nagar
• Riberbed replaced and configured and upgraded RIOS at RSWM Denim Mordi
• Global protect SSL VPN implimented at TSWM Lodha and ICCG
• Commissioning of 4 Mbps MPLS link at MUMBAI TS
• Palo Alto Panorama configured for device managemeent for Kanyakheri
• Daily weekly and monthly Report Activated at Noids Firewall and Panorma
• Wrong billing issue get rectified from reliance for Noida and other MPLS locations
• DarkTrace POC done and addressed issues reported from their report
• MOL Sarovar MPLS link recommissioned on Reliance 4G
• Ludhiyana Depo MPLS get enabled and get configured Mplas router and Airtel
broadbnd rtr to have internet also through Broadband
• WAN Switch got changed from Spectranet at HO so that Spectranet can be directly
connected on HA Firewall
