Autonomía didáctica
• Está basada en el hecho que el Derecho
Procesal del Trabajo puede ser objeto d
e estudio en forma separada de otras di
sciplinas jurídicas. Esta autonomía facilit
a que pueda ser estudiado en todas las
Facultades de Derecho de las universida
des del país.
AUTONOMÍA JURÍDIC
A
• El Derecho Procesal del Trabajo tiene a
utonomía jurídica porque cuenta con pr
incipios doctrinarios propios y una legis
lación especial, independientes de otras
ramas del derecho que pudieran tratar
de abarcarlo.
Autonomía Científico
• Se aprecia en el hecho que las institucio
nes del Derecho Procesal del Trabajo so
n susceptibles de ser sistematizadas org
ánicamente dando como resultado un o
rden de estudio homogéneo y extenso.
 Jurisdicció
n
• En nuestro país no existe una jurisdicción privativa de traba
jo, sin embargo, la Ley Procesal del Trabajo otorga compet
encia en materia laboral a los Jueces de Paz Letrados, así co
mo establece la existencia de Juzgados y Salas Superiores,
especializados en materia laboral; igualmente prevé que en
la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la República las causas labo
rales sean objeto de conocimiento por la Sala Transitoria d
e Derecho Constitucional y Social de dicha Corte.
