Exercise 01

 A group of 12 passengers requested for an itinerary for 5 days. 6 passengers are English
Speaking and 6 passengers are German Speaking. They would like to go to Villa Escudero
first then proceed to Hidden Valley where they will stay for 2 nights. The 1st night and last
night of their stay will be in Manila. Meals will be on their own.
 Transportation – Refer to PATTO rates Tariff
 Hotel Jen – PHP 6500/room/night based on Twin Sharing
 Hidden Valley – PHP 12,000/room/night inclusive of FULL BOARD Meals
 Guide Fee – PHP 2000/day
 Guide Meal Allowance – PHP 500/day
 Villa E day trip – PHP 1800/person

 Exercise 02

A group of 10 French Tourist would like to go visit the Rice Terraces. They can only allot 5 days for this tour. They would like to visit Batad and Bangaan
Village. Overnight will be at the Banaue Hotel. Room Request is for 4 Twins and 2 Single Occupancy
Transportation : Refer to PATTO Rates (pick up will be from Hotel in Manila. They prefer to travel by night so pick up is at 6PM on the first day)
Overnight New World Hotel : USD 150/room/night for Twin Sharing includes Breakfast (Single Rate is less USD 15.00/room/night
Overnight Banaue Hotel : USD 50.00/room/night for Twin or Single Occupancy including Daily Breakfast.
Jeepney Hire : Batad – PHP 3000/day
Bangaan – PHP 3500/day
Batad/Bangaan – PHP 4000/day
Local Guide : Bangaan or Batad – PHP 1500/day
Combination of Bangaan and Batad – PHP 2000/day
National Guide : PHP 2500/day (based on Foreign Speaking )
Guide Meal Allowance : PHP 500/day

 Exercise 03

A family of 5 passengers will be touring several cities in Laguna for the day. They want to visit : Pagsanjan,
Lumban, and Paete via Antipolo. They will be having lunch at Exotic Restaurant located just after Pagsanjan.
Transportation : Based on PATTO Rates
Pagsanjan Boat Ride : P1800/pax inclusive of Life Vest and Locker Rental
(2-3 pax max per boat allowed)
P3000/pax inclusive of Life Vest and Locker Rental for Single Rider
Meal Rate : P 500/day
Guide Fee : P2000/day
Guide Meal Allowance : P500/day
** You want to earn 20% from the tour and 10% is commission to your agent.
 Exercise 04

A couple decided to come to the Philippines for their honeymoon. They are from South Korea. They would
like stay only 3 days in Manila. They will be taking a Manila/Tagaytay Tour on the 2nd day then leaving for
Boracay after. They would like a Full Board arrangement all throughout and roundtrip airport transfers in
Manila with guide.
