• ABO system.

• Four types of blood groups, A, B, AB and O.

• Determined by three types of antigens

• Associate with occurrence and pathogenesis of various diseases,

• Deviates normal behavior of man.

• logical intelligence

• Very few studies correlating blood group and academic

performance.
 Logical intelligence is just a reflection of their parents
 Few researches relate logical intelligence and blood type
 People only consider few possible factors that influence the
logical intelligence of students
 This study could give solution to the problem addressed

◦ 1. Is there a blood group whose members’ scores are significantly higher

in academics than any other blood groups?

◦ 2. Is there a blood group whose members’ scores are significantly lower in

academics than any other blood groups?

◦ 3. Does blood type affect the mathematics and science ability of students?

◦ 4. Does blood type has any impact on man's logical intelligence? If yes,
then to what extent?
• Compare Academic Achievement in
Mathematics of junior high school students
who belong to A, B, AB & O blood groups;

• Compare Academic Achievement in Science of

junior high school students who belong to A,
B, AB & O blood groups; and

• Determine if there is a dominant blood group

that excels in academic performance.
 compare the blood types in terms of students’ mathematical and science
ability

 The blood types and the results of the questionnaire will be the variables
that were considered in this study

 will be conducted on Moonwalk National High School

 junior high school students ages 12-16 yrs. old of Moonwalk National
High School

 200 students will be selected as sample

 Quota sampling will be used in selecting the respondents

 first semester of school year 2019-2020

 Questionnaires will be used as research instrument

 Comparative research design will be utilized by the researchers
