ABSTRACT

This study examines the essence of effective inventories control


management of health care commodities of Barangay Sinalhan
Health Stations. The aim of this study is to improve the service
delivery network with regards to allocation, distribution and
monitoring of health care supplies to the different health
stations of the barangay. In order to carry out this study, various
research instruments such as questionnaires and oral interview
were used to collect data from the respondents. Based on the
analysis, the inventory management system plays a vital role in
the health stations of the barangay.
A well functional system following the recommendations can
enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of proper allocation,
distribution and monitoring of the stations health care supplies.
SCOPES AND DELIMITATIONS

Provide an effective system on monitoring the health care


commodities for both health care stations of Barangay
Sinalhan, to ensure an effective monitoring system that
can ease the difficulty of service delivery in the area of
choice.
