EXISTING SYSTEM

 Customers have to wait for painfully long duration.

 Billing process at a shop is the most tedious part of shopping.

 When we are in a large store for the first time, finding a


specific product can be a tedious task
PROPOSED SYSTEM

QR code scanning feature that accesses their smart


phone camera and allows a user to pick up a product,
scan its QR code and thereby add it to the cart.

Updates current product’s details and the total bill


auto-increments

 Option to select an item and remove it from the cart.

 QR code image scanned using smart phones to
provide various services that can recognize the
authenticity of any product.

 The customer can access the smart phone


application for shopping once they have been
authenticated via QR code.

 User Interface (UI) to interact with the products, by


means of adding, viewing or removing it to a
personalized cart.

 Application is also able to tell the users which


section of the store a particular product can be found
in.

 Option to pay using wallet.

 If their balance is sufficient, the bill amount is


deducted from their wallet; else they are redirected to
other payment options

CONCLUSION

 Demand for the mobile shopping is increasing.

 Reduced all the efforts that are required for shopping.

 With camera feature in it, the user can scan the QR code of
the item to be purchased and then directly add it into the cart .

Two advantages:
1. No need to stand in the queue for a long time in
malls just for scanning the item.
2. There will be no scope for the frauds that
happen in mobile shopping.
