2. HOW FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENT
AFFECTS THE ROLE OF
MANAGERS IN MANAGING THEIR
EMPLOYEE?
Nowadays much company use flexible work
arrangement and it affect manager to adapt for managing
their employee. The presence and the work is hard to
control by the manager. So they have to make a rule for
controlling the work time and use the app to control their
employee.

FLEXIBILITY AFFECTING THE
COMPANY?
Flexibility absolutely will affect the company,
either positive or negative. If the company can find good
person to do the job we sure that the company will get
positive impact, it's related to human resource
management, how well they can hire good employee. But
there is also an opportunity for the company to get negative
impact if they recruit wrong employee (bad responsibilities,
bad habit, always late and etc.). So the conclusion is, if a
company will conduct flexibility system, they should ensure
the HRM can hire good people.

Yes it can be achieved 100%, because a worker should


have understood their self and knowing what values and
important to them to meet their expectation and separate
dissatisfaction with the kind of work you do from the conditions
of work.
