CLUB HOUSE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

LAWN & GARDEN MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Trim plants which are blocking driver’s line of vision or


pedestrian pathways, etc.

Check irrigation equipment for leaks, breaks, and


malfunction and repair as needed.

Maintain Lawn and remove weeds from planters.


Regular pest control on plants.
Remove and dispose trash and debris from plants and
parking lots. All trash and green waste of a reasonable
quantity will be disposed off using bins.

Remove broken or damaged plant material.

Superseva will provide experienced ground level team (Gardeners/Helpers) to maintain your Lawns & Gardens.

SWIMMING POOL & LIFT MAINTENANCE
Cleaning and scrubing of deck. Cleaning of pool bottom and side walls.
Submission of Pool Maintenance Plan on half /yearly basis.
Check pumps, and report deficiencies to the Facilities Manager immediately
Strictly follow pool hours & safety standards at site.
Verify that all lifesaving equipment is in its designated place. Report any missing or broken equipment's
to Facilities Manager.

Ensure inspections, testing and preventive maintenance is occurring at the required frequencies.
Ensure regulatory required AMC ( Annual Maintenance Contract) and Certificates of Inspection are
current and valid.
Ensure qualified personnel are used to perform elevator maintenance activities.
Ensure problems, outages, etc. is addressed in a timely manner.
Maintain safety standards & procedures as per norms.

Superseva will provide dedicated maintenance team who will take care of swimming pool and lift maintainance.
