The people must express their goals positively. People must have will power to
define the clear goals. Before setting any goals related to your career, simple personal
goal or organisational goals make it sure you take a firm decision in your mind that no
matter what happens you will stick to them. Pledge firmly that you won’t forget about
them until you achieve them.
The individual must write their goals on a piece of paper and paste it
somewhere which can remind them every day that you need to get them. The
individuals must set precise goals, putting in dates,times and amounts so that they can
measure achievements. If you do this, you’ll know exactly when you have achieved
the goals and can take complete satisfaction from having achieved it.
Prioritize
The focus must be to prioritise the goals. The goals should be in sync with
where you see yourself in the time ahead. They should be in sync with their priorities.
Once you get the idea,set goals which get rid of the immediate obstacles and assure
an incremental progress. This helps you to avoid feeling overwhelmed by having too
many goals and helps to direct your attention to the most important ones.
This crystallizes them and gives them more force . The goals can be

Operation goals:
The individual must keep the low-level goals that are working towards

Realistic goals :
It is important to the individuals to set goals that they can achieve. All

easily conceivable in their mind. They must know what they want and need to achieve.
Make an action plan
The individual must take initiative to prepare action plan. The set
goals have to be written down. The individuals must focus to start working
towards achieving them. The first step is to make an action plan. Then find out
the various alternatives to achieve them . Select the best alternative which
fetches the best result in achieving these goals.
