Survey Test
 INTRODUCTION
Learners Tardiness is the topic of the survey. The survey was conducted at Benthel
Asia School of Technology on the 22nd day of August 2019. The participant of the survey are
students from grade 12 STEM- Peridot, Grade 12 ABM-Aventurine, and Grade 12 HUMSS-
Beryl. The question ask in the survey is: : “What do you think are the reason of tardiness?”.
The survey only lasted an hour starting from 11:20-12:20 am.

 CONCLUSION OF DATA
The total number of Grade 12 STEM-Peridot students who participated
in the survey is 29. 31.03% of the students picked heavy traffic, 68.96% picked
waking up late, 20.68% chose public/private transportation problem, 75.86%
chose laziness and 41.37% selected bad weather as their reasons for learners’
tardiness. 17.24% have other reasons such as over using of gadgets at night,
playing games, no money, waiting for someone, and lastly because they are
slow worker.

The total number of Grade 12 ABM-Adventurine students who participated in the
survey is 15. 60% of the students picked heavy traffic, 60% picked waking up late, 20% chose
public/private transportation problem, 66.66% chose laziness and 13.33% selected bad weather
as their reasons for learners’ tardiness. 6.66% have other reason such as school is far from
home.

The total number of Grade 12 HUMSS-Beryl students who participated in the survey
is 25. 36% of the students picked heavy traffic, 40% picked waking up late, 12% chose
public/private transportation problem, 56% chose laziness and 12% selected bad weather as
their reasons for learners’ tardiness. 6.66% have other reason such as Bombarded.
