audit (every 6 months)

• QA representative will be assigned at each fabricator
premises
• For overseas manufacturer using 3rd party, i.e. BIE,
ABS, Lloyd
• Based on Inspection Test Plan (ITP) which integrated
all requirement from Code / Standard, Client
specification and government

 Monitoring Fabrication

• Certification
As per MIGAS regulation that third party to be
contracted directly by user / oil company. PT.
IKL QA/QC will liase with 3rd party or MIGAS.
• HSE
- During fabrication period, regular safety
audit will be conducted by IKL safety officer
- Weekly Safety report to be submitted by
fabricator
