 Every student in college wants to work in his dream
company but the obstacle between his dream and
reality is the interview process.

 A interview is a way to analyze one’s communication

skills and their ability to express themselves.

 Different companies have different pattern to test a

person’s ability whether they are fit for their reason or
not.
1) Presenting wrong facts and getting trapped
in your own answer.

2) Inconsistency in body language.

3) Interview shifting to a totally different

context.

4) Hesitation and inappropriate vocabulary.

5) Too many faces and names in a short while.

 So what we intend to do…….
1. Weekly sessions of mock interview .
2.Sessions on self motivation .
3. Insights by final year placed students.
4. Conducting Group discussions , JAM , Debates.

5. Separate sessions for different branches.

1. Students will pay for each session.
2.Mentors of each session will be paid.
Different sessions will be charged differently :
1. Sessions having GD , debate ,JAM : ₹ 20
2. Sessions having Interview , GD , debate : ₹ 40

Mentors to be paid accordingly:

1. Depending on type of session taken by mentor.
2. Activities organised by mentor.
1. Small fund to provide initial pay for mentors.
2.Permission from institute to use classes .
1. To start in nearby colleges and then in other
colleges also.
2.Specialised mentors will be hired for full time.
3. Study material to be provided.
4.Using app , website to reach students and provide
resources.
Our Start-up idea will be a great way
for students to achieve their dreams.
