IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF


ONLINE TUTORS
TRACKING (STUDENT OPINION)
 FEEDBACK FROM STUDENT: Once the online interacting session between
student and tutor concludes, student is provided with a text box in which he
has to share his opinion about the quality and quantity of solution provided
by tutor and it would be stored in our data base for future reference to
track the performance.
 PERIODICAL EVALUATION: Stored feedbacks of respective tutors are
analysed and a questionnaire is prepared and sent to students who
received solutions. Students are asked to give their rating for each question.
Questionnaire will be on academic skills of tutors regarding concepts
covered by them in that time period. Collected responses are converted
into bar diagrams to access the performance of tutor.
o Periodicity depends on number of feedbacks received. If more feedbacks
are received within small time then periodicity will be adjusted to that time
interval.
TRACKING (STUDENT OPINION)

 PHONE CALL: A phone call option provided for the students to


immediately convey the opinion regarding dissatisfaction or pleasure of the
tutorship.

Following above three ways we can come to a opinion about the


performance of tutors. This will help us in assigning appropriate improvement
criterion for tutors having low rating.
IMPROVEMENT CRITERIA
 TRAINING: Providing necessary and quick training for concepts in which
tutors were rated low. If possible with the administrative guidelines, we
may arrange quarterly training sessions for some low rated tutors.

 EXPERTISE ADVISE: Advises from eminent scholars and professors from


reupdated institutes along with our core team who are well qualified.

 AWARING WITH EVALUATION: Tutors will be regularly supplied with their


evaluation data received from students and check their performance
levels. Even in low performing situations tutors will be motivated and
encouraged by the team. This will help them in accessing their own
deficiencies and get more enthusiastic at work.
 MONITORING SOLUTIONS GIVEN BY TUTORS AND ADVISING THEM
