Self Centered Audacious

Insecure Eccentric

Goal Oriented Talented

Narrow Minded Open Minded

Hard Worker Smart Worker

Experienced Quick Learner

Inarticulate Lack Team building skills 3

Primary Issues:
● Uninformed decisions and developments made Ramesh insecure
● Lack of articulation on Ramesh’s part
● Ramesh saw Gargi’s ebullient nature as a threat to him
● Casual attitude on Gargi’s part by not adhering to organizational culture and
timings
● Kamala’s leadership failure as she was not addressing Ramesh’s concerns
● Even though Gargi was given the responsibility of CSR she was expected to
collaborate with Ramesh which she failed to do
● Ramesh’s insecurity led to reduction in his productivity as he was only thinking
about all the possible mistakes Gargi was doing
● Ramesh was also letting his personal life affect because of his professional life

Recommendations:
● Gargi is a new joinee under Ramesh and so he should discuss with her and
make her understand about the work culture at Chrysalis
● As it can be inferred, his wife is quite aware about his professional life, he can
have an elaborate discussion with her to identify if there is any of his fault
● Ramesh should have a formal meeting with the CEO and VP to identify the
reason for constant ignorance towards him considering his vast experience
● If the CEO and VP can provide him a good reason, he should be willing to
improve himself and prove his worth
● In case, they are just willing to replace his position eventually, he should
definitely quit his job considering he has another opportunity in hand
