Who is Antonio de Morga?
• Antonio de Morga Sánchez
Garay was born on 1559 in
Seville, Spain.
• Graduated from the University
of Salamanca in 1574 and in
1578 received a doctorate in
canon law.
• Was sent in the Philippines
in the year 1593 to work as
Lieutenant- Governor.
