All 3G Sites must configure 3 LTEs frequency as below:

i) Check configuration RAN configuration:

If attempt is zero, please check below configuration:

-Node B parameter : ADD
ULOCELL:LOCELLTYPE=NORMAL_CELL,TTW=FALSE,HISPM=FALSE,RMTCM=FAL
SE,VAM=FALSE,DL64QAM=TRUE; (must set to true)
3G Health Check -3 (DC HSDPA)

DC HSDPA Counter:

DC rules in Celcom network:

-If F1F2 only site– DC at F1&F2
-If F1F2F3 site – DC at F2&F3
-If F1F2F3 upgrade site – DC could
be F1&F2 or F2&F3.

If DC attempt show zero per sector:

i) Check configuration RNC parameter
-HSPAPLUSSWITCH:DC_HSDPA under UCELLALGOSWITCH should be on
following the Celcom DC rules
- TCELL setting under ADD UCELLSETUP need to set as same value for co-
sector cells
-The two DC-HSDPA cells of a DC-HSDPA group are in the same downlink
resource group of a NodeB. (check from u2k under this command:
NODEBMULTICELLGRP and NODEBMULTICELLGRPITEM, get RAN team to
rectified if no grouping defined.
3G Health Check -4 ( HSDPA user balance)

HS user number counter:

Load balance rules:

- HS user number must be
balance within 2100 layer for co-
sector cells.

If HS user is not balance between 2100 layer co-sector cells :

i) Check configuration RNC parameter
-HSPAPLUSSATISSWITCH at UCELLDRD must be OFF or no cell level drd
should be defined.
- Check whether co-sector neighbors are set as below:
BlindHOFlag at ADD UINTERFREQNCELL must set to TRUE
3G Health Check -5 ( CPICH Power)

CPICH Power rules:

- CPICH power and Max power
must set as same value for co-
sectors cells.

Command to check CPICH power and Max Power:

i) CPICH power: PCPICHPOWER at UPCPICH must set the same for co-
sectors cells
ii) Maximum power: MAXTXPOWER at UCELLSETUP must set the same for
co-sectors cells.
3G Health Check -6 ( Neighbors Relation)

Neighbors Relation rules:

-New added layer shall have mirror neighbors as F1 for
intra, inter and inter system.
-All cells shall not have neighbors count < 6, else need to
justify it is island site.
