Collaboration requires a

handful of things just like tools


and resources that makes it
much effective to a new level.
Technology has come to play
an integral role in widening the
scope and definition of
collaboration. Platforms for
sharing and communication,
such as group video calling,
and online note-making or
content sharing platforms had
become a part of our everyday
lives. In short, collaboration
has become less of a ‘step’ and
more of a medium in itself.
1. NEW PROCESS, NEW
THINKING - collaboration
flourishes when there is a
willingness to embrace new
ideas.
2. ATTITUDE - be as positive as
possible and learn to see the
bigger picture and the good in
everything.
3. CONVERSATION - if possible, do
not type and talk live. The best
ideas come to life because of
instant feedback.
4. TOOLS - being fragmented and
seas apart doesn’t mean you
cannot connect and chat anytime.
5. CRITICISM - aside from attitude,
open-mindedness is a must in
order to use constructive
criticisms for betterment.
6. RESEARCHING - check out
some educational studies and
do not stick on one research
practice.
7. ACT OF COLLABORATION -
put it mind that communication
is the key. Without it, a
collaboration will not be
successful in any means.
Collaboration is an attitude, a
new understanding of ‘process’
and a hunger for new
technology and tools.

interface that resembles
solitaire. It makes monitoring
projects and assigning tasks
easier.
2. SLACK - is a popular and
well-crafted platform offering
instant messaging, file
transfers, and powerful
message search. It has many
features and dozens of
integrations with other tools
like Trello and Intercom.
3. WIMI - offers users their own
‘unified workspaces’ where
teams can manage projects and
share files and calendars. You
can control access in each
workspace with a rights-based
system. Wimi Drive, their file
syncing software, helps you
make the most out of
technology.
MULTIMEDIA - is a combination
of text, animated graphics,
videos, and sound delivered to
you via electronic means. It is
what appeals to users for
entertainment, learning, and
research.

CD based encyclopedias.
2. ENTERTAINMENT - used in
modern movies, animations
online computer games, and a
lot more.
3. BUSINESS – using power
point presentations, etc. can
make people convey
information to their co-workers,
superiors, and clients, in a
much presentable way.
4. GOVERNMENT - used by
governments in the world to
convey information,
procedures, and regulations for
their citizens and visitors.
