Crop Planted: Pechay and Ornamental plants (Cactus Family)
Remarks:
 The newly planted seedlings of Pechay through broadcasting process.

 The soil was clayey and wet.

 There are total of three (3) greenhouse facility. Two facilities was damage
due to typhoon and one was for rehab.
 According to the care taker in charge their last production was year 2018
and it is not productive because plants didn’t grow successfully due to pest
and there were no organic fertilizer or pesticides applied. In addition, they
have no proper training on farming.
 A family of cactus was planted to a rehabilitated facility.

 We concluded that this facility was non-operational because there were no

monitoring, no production and no income generation.
