 Pipe Conveyors

The Pipe Conveyor is an enclosed curve forming to a shape of a pipe and carrying bulk
materials at high speed with zero spillage. At the loading and discharging points, the
conveyor system is same as open troughed conveyors.
 Roller Conveyors

These are widely used for unit handling. These are designed as Gravity operated type/ manually
pushed type and powerized roller conveyors. The advantage of these conveyors is that they are
metallic and can handle high temperature items and bare good amount of point loads.

These conveyors are specially designed and tailor made to the customer requirement. They are
generally used in critical areas like handling big boulders, hot materials, discharge from kiln,
dryer etc., and also to handle highly abrasive materials.

 Scraper Chain Conveyors

A scraper conveyor is a type of flight conveyor. It consists of a trough in which a continuous

driven chain with flights are running. The flights are scraping the material over the bottom of the casing.
 Screw Conveyors

These are basically a conveying system used to handle powder or grit material. Generally these
are fully enclosed and therefore spillage proof. On many occasions these are used for controlled
and regulated feeding in to a system. As these are generally metallic conveyors they also can be
used to handle material with higher temperature. We manufacture Screw Conveyors starting
from Ø150mm up to Ø 1000mm.

 Water Jacketed Screw Conveyor

The Water Jacketed Screw Conveyor is special to carry high temperature material and
feed in to the combustion chamber of a gasification plant for a producer gas plant .
The discharge end is a cantilever and subject to attack by flame and fine dust. The
sealing arrangement are the most critical part of the equipment.
 Bucket Elevators

These conveying equipments are mostly used for conveying powder/grit/small lumps from the
ground level to different elevations. Generally these are used for bulk material handling only. Based
on the application it is selected as belt type, chain type etc,.
Bucket Elevators

A Bucket Elevator consists of a series of buckets attached

to a belt or chain with pulleys or sprockets located at the
top and bottom of the unit. Bulk materials are loaded into
each bucket as the bucket moves past an inlet point.
 Rotary Air Lock Feeders

Rotary Air Lock Feeders are equipment used for receiving powdered and grit material from one
system and feeding the same to another system where different pressure exists. This enables the
transfer of material between two areas having differential pressure without affecting the pressure
system. On many occasions these are also used to discharge material from a pressurized system
without allowing falls air entry from the atmosphere to the system. These are rotating machines.

 Double Pendulum Flap Valve

Pendulum Flap Valves are equipment used for receiving powdered and grit material from one system and
feeding the same to another system where different pressure exists. This enables the transfer of material
between two areas having differential pressure without affecting the pressure system. On many occasions
these are also used to discharge material from a pressurized system without allowing falls air entry from
the atmosphere to the system. These are cyclic operating machines. The frequency of operation, duration
of open and close positions can be controlled through a system.

These are simple equipments used to stop the discharge of the material from processing equipment,
to control and regulate the flow of material, to divert the trajectory of the material etc,. Depending on
the type of material like powder, grit, lumps etc., and there characteristics the type of gates are

grit materials to convert in to round ball shaped pellets of different size.
