 Introduction
The printing industry is indeed a very large industry with many subsets.
The screen printing art is one of the active lines of business in the printing
industry. Screen printing basically is a printing technique in which a mesh is
used to transfer the ink to t-shirt surface. So, the inks will be absorbed
permanently to fabric. The screen printing industry has been growing
steadily over the years because of the demand form downstream
consumers and businesses. The screen printing services industry is pretty
much open to new entrepreneurs to come in and build a successful
business.

The right name can make your company the talk of the town
especially when it is unique and probably would catch their attention.
Therefore, the proposed name of our business is “The Inkers”.
Printing has a wide variety and it has different uses and purposes. It
can be a way of advertisement and promotion.

The Inkers offers t-shirt silk screen printing. The Inkers can do
custom design for student organization t-shirts, company t-shirts,
event clothing, group reunions, and souvenir items.

will be composed of 4 partners who will contribute equal

Job Description
• Managing Partner - She is responsible in managing the business
and assist the employees.
• Designer - He/she is responsible to print and provide unique and
personalized design with originality.
• Sales Clerk - He/she is responsible to sell the product and must
deal with costumers in a friendly manner and helps the designer
in printing the t-shirts.
Pre-operating period includes the following activities:
July to September – Preparation of Feasibility Study
October to November – Obtaining financial requirements
and acquiring for location.
December to January - Accomplishment of government
requirements
February to March – Canvassing and purchasing of supplies
and equipment.
April – Arranging the supplies and equipments
May - Opening of the business.

The shop will open at 10:00am in the morning and will close
at exactly 9:00pm in the evening from Monday to Sunday.

The Inkers primary target markets are the colleges and

universities near Victory Park and Shop. The secondary target
markets are the business establishments that are also near the
mall.

There is a total population of 388,432 with ages 15-44 years

old residing at Antipolo City. The population was derived from the
Philippine Statistics Authority, 2015 Census of Population. We
compute the sample size to get the needed number of
respondents using Sloven’s Formula. As a result, 400 respondents
will be surveyed.

There is no statistical record of in PSA and DTI for silk screen printing, past demand is
computed based on the population of Antipolo City and from the survey conducted, 27% of the
people of Antipolo City go to printing shop to print their t-shirts. Computed backwards using the
