Copper Foils/Sheets BHAGYANAGAR INDIA LIMITED
Bhagyanagar is one of the few companies in India that has design,

development, maintenance and production of copper foils under one
roof. Not only does this enable us to practice stringent quality measures
but also makes our product price competitive and allows us to have one
of the shortest lead times for copper foils in the country. We have
multiple state of the art cold rolling machines that enable us to
manufacture quality copper sheets that have the required thickness
according to customer specifications.
APPLICATION
Copper Foils are extensively used in printed circuit board, heat
exchangers, radiators, switchgear industry, transformers, cable Industry
among many other applications.

Molten metal, transferred into holding and casting
furnaces via the atmosphere controlled launders, is cast

SOLAR FINS BHAGYANAGAR INDIA LIMITED
We are integrated manufacturers of the solar absorber right from the stage of melting copper
cathodes. Oxygen free copper has superior thermal properties for making solar absorbers. We
use ultrasonic welding to bond between solar copper fin and tube for the best thermal
conductivity.
The selective coating (black chromium) ensures absorbance of solar radiation above 96%.
We make other sizes as per Customer requirement

Surana solar Absorber was stated in 2006 with know-how technology from National Aerospace
Laboratories under Bhagyanagar India Limited.
Process
The process used for Solar Selective Coating (NALSUN black Chromium), which has high
absorptance and low Emittance in the thermal region.
The manufacturing of the SOLAR ABSORBERS done by Ultrasonic Welding which ensures high
thermal conductivity.

customer Lucas TVS, Chennai.
We supply around forty models of field coils which is a part of stator in DC and AC motors.
And Armature pins is a part of the Rotor part in DC and AC motors.
