Reason for putting up the
business
A. THE BUSINESS
The business named, Sweet Little Things, is located at Senator Renato “Companero” Cayetano
Memorial Science and Technology High School’s 3rd floor (9 – Bonifacio’s room) .
Product: Brownies and Oreo Truffles
It is established in January 14, 2019.
The business owners are:
1. Naomi Faith Ebuen as Marketing Manager
2. Justine Ruth Sumando as the Owner / Manager
3. Mark Daniel Villaflor as Office Manager
4. Irini Tzarie Baltazar as Event Coordinator
5. Justine Ruth Sumando as Salesperson
6. Mikaila Jhay Bacolod as Executive Assistant
7. Kim Gabriel Punzalan as operation.
B. THE MARKETING PLAN
The commercial enterprise will begin by
strolling around and advertise our
product in every classroom in
SRCCMSTHS.
We will target children, adolescents, and
even adults, through local advertising
sponsorship and word of mouth
advertising.
The company will use for product orders
to make it convenient for the customers
who’ll buy a dozen or more.
B. MARKETING PLAN
The advertisement team will also conduct a survey by free-tasting.
Adding incentives such as school supplies, or other items that are of beneficial use.
The feasibility of the project will be tested in the first week, if the business will be a
success or not.
The price of the goods must be wallet-friendly for the target customers are mostly
students whose the cost of the goods must fit in their daily-budgeting.
C. VISION AND MISSION
Vision:
To become the leading manufacturer of distinctly Filipino brownies and oreo truffles
that is of worth-class quality. Also to be one of the prime pastry and sweets shop with
its remarkable and delicious sweets and desserts in town.
Mission:
We, at Sweet Little Things, are committed to be the leading Filipino manufacturer of
pastries. We take pride in providing our customers with a fresh and delicious sweets.
We ensure the satisfaction in very customers. We will serve all our customers with
efficiency and hospitality. We, at Sweet Little Things, give the best product to the
customers at their fingertips.
C. SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM GOAL
Short-term goal: Sell at least 80 brownies and 40 oreo ruffles by February 2019,
introduce a product that will satisfy the buyers and get positive feedbacks from the
customers / buyers.
Long-term goal: To have experience in business- making for future use, we’ll make a
marveling strategy that will ensure that the business is a success, we’ll secure the
business by making market list, or inventory, we will be determined and hardworking
to make the business successful
D. THE FUTURE
A business or an enterprise’s success is always based on the company’s income /
profit. It is always considered a success, if the money gathered from selling products
is high.
However, there must be a designated money for the equipments, and other expenses,
for the project to happen.
The funds will be coming from the contribution of each members in the corporation.
The money collected from each member will be used for the inventory items needed
or for the disbursement of funds.
E. REASONS FOR PUTTING UP THE BUSINESS
For project purposes and we can earn money by starting a small business. We can
also earn experience in the field of business. To enhance business skills like
communicating skills, creativity, time-management, problem solving skills, etc.
It will make us wise customers and producers as we put up the business. To sum up
things, we will apply what we have learned to gain experience in the field of
business.
A. Company Description
Sweet Little Things is planned to begin its procedures on February 2019. This
company will be managed by a group of students from Grade 9 – Bonifacio. The
company will be targeting children, teens, and adults. Moreover, the team will seek a
way to convince their customers to patronize and support the business.
The group will be working in an efficient and labor – solving method. The products
will be produced by batches, to save effort and energy.
B. ORGANIZATIONAL CHART AND MANAGEMENT

Oreo Truffles - It is a dessert for oreo lovers with cream cheese inside, coated with
chocolate and sprinkled with colorful and sweet sprinkles.
C. THE PRODUCT
Product Benefits:
Our product contains a lot of health benefits because it contains chocolates, cocoa
powder, eggs, butter, and almonds. Chocolates contain high levels of antioxidants
which lowers the cholesterol levels, helps prevent heart disease, and prevent memory
decline which is very helpful to us students. Eggs contain a lot of vitamins. It is also
healthy for the brain. Almond contain lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, and
magnesium. It also helps improve brain activities. Brownies and truffles attract people
who loves chocolate and freshly-baked products.
Pricing Strategy:
We will sell brownies for 10 to 15 pesos an oreo truffles for 10 pesos per piece.
