procedures, rules, and regulations
in order to achieve the goals of the
business.

must be done to accomplish

filling in the different job positions in
the organization’s structure.

influencing and motivating
subordinates to do their best so
they can help attain the
organizational objectives.
Controlling
It is both a science and an art of:

1. Evaluating
2. Correcting

the performance of the individuals,


groups, and teams to ensure that
they are all working toward
achieving the organizations' goals.
