This subject deals with the concepts, underlying principles,
processes and implementation of a business plan. The
preliminaries of this course include the following:

Subject Objectives:

1 Explain and pursuade others on the relevance of the course and the
critical role of the entrepreneurs in the socio-economic development
of the country.
2 Synthesize and validate the concepts, principles, and processes of
entrepreneurship

3 Apply the common competencies of ideal entrpreneurs

4 Critically assess the potential market and determine the


product/service to be offered

5 Design the business plan to launch and roll-out the


product/service; and

6 Demonstrate the financial profitability and viability of the business


plan.
