◈ In this study, course preference is a

variable to be studied in this research as
it intends to determine the factors that
affects the course choice of First Year
College students in University of Baguio.

preference of these college students were
limited to family, peers, personal interest,
financial capability and school.

◈ The selected participants in this study are

first year BSMLS students with an
estimated population of 299. The
researchers will use fishbowl method
under random sampling.

◈ The researchers will use questionnaire

which will be distributed beforehand.

◈ The second part of the questionnaire will

be a ranking scale, at which point is to
identify which of the factors is most
influential.

research will be prepared as well with a
letter of communication for the validation
of the questionnaire

used in this study include frequency,
