• The firm has confimed that the consignment to be delivered

• CA has agreed upon to depute AGM (QC), RO, Hyderabad for
inspection of Polypallets along with CIPET officials at M/s Ojas

 Directions given to all DO’s/Internal Divisions at Area Manager’s Conference

• All Districts should ensure that complete information of pending Court cases in respect of
their Districts are feed and updated in all respects in e – Litigation Application. Even in
respect of disposed cases, judgement copies are required to be uploaded compulsorily.
Therefore, all District Offices are requested to upload the copies of Judgement in the
application wherever it has not been done so far.

• The proceedings entry in e – Litigation Application should be completed within the stipulated
period of 5 days of hearing in every case. But it is observed that many of the District offices
are not following the time limit prescribed for updating the information as a result
considerable embarrassment is caused to this office. This kind of situation should be avoided
by ensuring that the information is updated in time.

• All Area Managers are requested to review all pending court cases being handled by the
District Offices concerned with particular attention attached to filing of Counter on behalf of
FCI. It should be ensured that counter of FCI is filed in all pending court cases and furnish an
ATR to this office.

• All Area Managers are requested to furnish the performance report of all empaneled
Advocates in the prescribed proforma (which has been forwarded to all DOs) immediately to
this office.
 SWACH BHARATH ABHIYAN

Under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan along with repair and maintenance works we have already
achieved the target of renovation of Toilet/labour rest shed/water supply under Swachh
Bharat Abhiyan during FY 2018-19 .Further any additional requirements will be attended
as and when required.

राजभाषा नीर्त क कार्ाि ब्धित करते हुए अब्धखल
राजभाषा िील् ड अर्जित की ।

कार्ाि लर्,है दराबाद क राजभाषा िर ॉफी प्रदान की गई

1.) Security Inspections at all the 35 depots under FCI AP
Region.
Brief of Works: As per the instructions contained in the FCI Security
Manual, periodic inspections are to be carried out in all FCI Depots under the region,
once in every Six Months.

Accordingly, the security inspection plan is drawn each year for inspections
to be carried out in each half of the year by nominating Category –I officers from FCI
RO Hyderabad, and the security inspections are carried out at all the FCI Depots
under AP Region. The inspection reports for each half of the year are scrutinized,
consolidated and forwarded to FCI ZO(S) Chennai, in addition to advising district
offices to take necessary action on the observation noticed therein.

Apart from the above, as per the advice of ZO(S), Chennai, this office also
conducts Security Inspection on behalf of ZO(S), Chennai in respect of depots of
capacity more than 25000MTs.

2 ) Maintenance of CCTV Cameras installed at
various depots under FCI AP Region:

• Brief of works: CCTV Cameras have been

installed at various depots of FCI AP Region as
shown in the next slide. The maintenance of
the CCTV Systems is being monitored on daily
basis and reports are being generated and
communicated to respective offices
accordingly .

3.) Deployment of Home Guards.

Brief of Works.: Home Guards from the State Home

Department are deployed across various offices/ depots of FCI in FCI AP
Region for watch and ward duties. Such deployment is done due to
shortage of Watch and Ward staff in FCI. The services of Home Guards
are utilized on Deployment basis and payment is done to the State
Home department by Respective Divisional Offices.
4.) Maintenance of Fire Extinguisher systems in Regional Office :

Brief of Works: The works related to installation, refilling and

maintenance of Fire Extinguishing Systems in Regional Office have
been handed over to Security Division by HK division. The refilling
and maintenance of existing Fire Extinguishers are being monitored
by the Security Division and necessary works are being carried out as
per periodic requirement. As on date 23 Fire Extinguishers ( Cylinder
Type) are placed in RO Hyderabad.
5.) Cases of Theft/ Pilferage:

Brief of Works.: The cases related to theft / pilferage , etc., at regional

Level are being monitored by the division and the consolidated statements are
periodically forwarded to ZO(S), Chennai. On date, there are no cases of Theft and
Pilferage in FCI AP Region.

Apart from the above, Daily/ Monthly / Quarterly statements

in respect of all the above described works are sent to the
concerned offices .
