To practice good sitting posture, consider the

Walking with wrong posture can lead to getting tired
easily. Here are the steps on how to have a good
walking posture.
1. Stand up straight. Imagine that you are like a post
– tall and straight. Do not arch your back.

2. Do not lean forward or lean back.

3. Lift one foot slightly from the ground , move it

forward , and place it on the ground again.

4. Transfer body weight to forward foot.

5. Walk with even steps that are neither long nor too
short.

6. While walking, keep your eyes forward and avoid

looking down. Focus your eyes 20 feet ahead so that
you can see your path and anything coming at the sides.

7. While walking, keep chin up parallel to the ground.

It will allow you to walk 20 feet ahead and reduce
strain on your neck and back. It is common mistake to
walk with your head down.
In Islam, being the complete way of life, Islam stresses the
importance of maintaining good health.

It considers health as a basic human right. “Your body has a

right over you”, mentioned in one of the prophetic hadiths.

A Muslim’s quest for good health is in conformity with his

salvation in the life hereafter, as much as for the enjoyment of
life in this world. For a Muslim, health consciousness is God
consciousness.
Abu Hurairah narrated that Prophet Muhammad ( PBUH) said,
”A strong believer is better and dearer to Allah than a weak
one, ,and both are good keenly pursue what benefits you, seek
help Only from Allah, and do not give up. If something befalls
you, do not say, ‘ If only I had done otherwise’, but rather say
,’ Allah So determined and did as He willed,’ for ‘ if only’
opens the door to satan’s work.” ( Al- Bukhari).
