OBJECTIVES

1. Remove Inept, corrupt and undisciplined


2. Strictly enforce the existing disciplinary mechanisms;
3. Transform erring PNP personnel to become
productive members of the organization;
4. Hold accountable for non-action against their erring
personnel.
SQUAD LEADER’s RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Supervise the daily attendance


2. Monitor all compliances of each squad
member;
3. Accountable to the discipline of each member
4. Render a written report for the infraction/s
committed by squad members
SQUAD LEADER’s FUNCTION :

1. Member’s leave application/request shall be


properly endorse by the Squad Leader for approval;
2. Endorse the recommendation (schooling, promotion
etc.)
3. Recommend for the IPER of his/her member Squad

LIFE COACH Requirements:
1. Principle of Volunteerism
2. Fill up & submit PDS form from PCR personnel
3. Must undergo a VC Trainor’s Training and
Validation by a designated Chaplain Service
4. Must only facilitate and teach the approved Workbook
Manual.
5. Must ONLY handle a SQUAD and NOT a Police Station
or Unit
6. Must coordinate with his/her designated coordinator
DISTRICT Coordinators’ Function:
1. Secure PDS of all current VCs in their district.
2. Ensure all VCs in AOR undergo Orientation from
Sub Committee.
3. Ensure that after Orientation from MBK PT, VCs will
be issued certificate of attendance from PRO4A
4. Monitor all VCs ONLY teach the MBK Handbook
5. Have the prerogative to replace/assign VCs for
non-compliance of the above.
6. Appoint the CPS/MPS Coordinator from the existing
VCs of the said station.
