Introduction
◦ In the present work, a conceptual map will be carried out on the individual part with the problem, causes and
concentances that the Airbnb company has, followed by the collaborative part, which is the mission, vision,
values, objectives of the company, then the 5 forces of porter and the dofa of the company.
◦ Within the strategic foresight of any company it is important to review the strategies that this company has to
point to where you want to reach the company in the future, in this way we can understand the requirements of
the company and the needs it has.
◦ As follows we understand that the company is part of the creation of strategies that help the growth of the same,
for this reason the company has a team that is dedicated exclusively to the creation of ideas that can give a clear
solution to the different problems that can have a company.
Objectives
Overall objective
Determine the strategic direction of the organization being able to identify the opportunities and threats, as well as
the strengths and weaknesses in the evaluation of the external and internal situation of the company.

Specific objectives
Learn how to perform the 5 forces of porter
Knowing the correct way to make the dofa
Evaluate the strategic direction of the company through mission, vision, corporate values ​and objectives
Analyze the main factors of the international environment through the PESTEL method
Grant analysis of weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats

Identify the strategic direction defined by the company on
the given case (Airbnb) including:
◦ Mission: We believe in making the whole world a big community that we all belong to. We
connect our guest with the unique authentic local accomodation experiences provided by our
host at competitive prices any where and everywhere, utilizing the power of technology.

◦ Vision: to be the world leader of internet-based accomodation industry.

◦ Values: enjoyment, competitiveness, sharing, safety and hospitality.

◦ Objective: Determine the constitution of the AirBNB company through the concepts of
competitive economy. Also, define the mission, vision and corporate values ​of the company
AirBNB. After that, identify market research and competition for the AirBNB company and
finally, analyze the marketing plan for the establishment of innovative companies.

Conclusions
- According to the work developed, strategic management is very important for an organization
because it helps as a tool for the company to increase its productivity and in the same way to look
at what is failing to start doing improvement activities.

- The evaluated company follows the necessary guidelines for the prestige and innovation of its
brand, having a clear objective and is to position itself in the technological industry being a leader
in the StarUp sector, this is how the company is offering effective and efficient solutions to over
the years, before their difficulties and obstacles.
