Step 1 – Use ponderomotive force to convert proton to neutron

Step 2 – 3 neutrons strikes a hydrogen atom one by one making
deuterium, then tritium, then quadrium ,which decays into helium by
converting one neutron to proton by reverse b-decay and capturing of 3
more electrons
