Here in lies the position and strategic rationale of the planning process and the planning of the school curiculum in particular. To be able to explore the theory and practice of planning and curriculum development (especially in education) well, should be presented first some basic. Concepts of curriculum and educational differences, and understanding and basic concepts and approach to curriculum planning in general. In line with the breadth of scope and number dimensions of the problem in the planning and development curriculum , a lot of components are related to each other and should always be considered in the decision making process concerning the school curriculum. These components can be classified into three major groups, namely the components of the foundation (including, philosophy, sociology, and psychology), a component of the context (the state philosophy, the social structure of economic, political and cultural) an the components of the filter ( including facilities infrastructure, principles of learning, and the characteristics of the students)
