E-Church Management

INTRODUCTION

 E-church management system project platform encompasses church

management services, all in a single platform for easy administration and
communication. The E-Church Management will provide an integrated
parish management solution. The system will provide the online facilities for
the users. Users can access the software including non-catholic’s only after
the registration process.
EXISTING SYSTEM

 The management of the church is currently following a manual procedure.

Each member has a file on which vital data or information about a
member or management is kept in. Apart from this, the member
information or data is also written on papers and in booklets which are
then stored in shelves. Therefore the institution has several problems with
their record keeping. Since, their records can be destroyed at anytime by
natural environmental hazards or conditions which comes from nowhere. It
then causes the church to lose a large amount of resources and required
more management staffs.
PROPOSED SYSTEM

 The proposed system overcomes the existing manual procedures by

making it online. The proposed system is a web based online system. The
user can apply online from any place at anytime. The main base of
proposed system is the database, which keeps all the information about
the availability status of the church. Based on this information, user can
easily get the availability status at any time without coming to the church
premises. Along with the availability status, the database also keeps the
information of the issue details and the transaction details against the
respective request. This database also keeps the information of users
personal details, based on which the management can check the validity
of the user and its requests. Based on all the above information the
management can efficiently respond all the users queries.
MODULES

 Registration: Here the user can register into the site by filling up all his/her
personal details. After registration, the user should login to the site through
the username and password to book mass and other church related items.
 User: They can book holy mass and parish halls in the church through
online.
 Staff: Staff can view the requests and issue certificates. Also, he/she can
view various bookings.
 Payment: This is the final section. The church offers a debit card payment
mode. The user need to pay to use the services available in the church.
