• it is the set of values or the value system


that majority of the Filipinos have historically
held important in their lives consisting in
their own unique assemblage of consisting
ideologies, moral code, ethical principles,
etiquette and cultural and personal values that
are promoted by their society.
Utang na Loob

Obligation and responsibility are often viewed in


terms of reciprocity ( utang na loob), comprised of
debts ( utang), and inner-self-free will ( na-loob).
The essence of utang na loob is an obligation to
appropriately repay a person who has done one a
favor.
Filial Piety

Filial piety is a virtue of respect for one’s parents,


elders, and ancestors • Filial piety is an important
concept in Filipino culture. It is understood as
essential to maintain the collective face of the
family and to avoid experiencing hiya In
business.
Padrino Suki

"Padrino "or Palakasan/Patronage in the Filipino


culture and politics is the value system where one
gains favor , promotion, or political appointment
through family affiliation or friendship , as opposed
to one's merit.
"Suki" Filipino terms which means loyal to your
customers.
Bahala na at Mañana

"Bahala na" means leaving something up to


who is Almighty.
"Mañana" also known as mamaya na or later or
rather I'll do it later. Mañana was the reason
why every Filipino end up saying "Bahala na".
Amor Propio

(Pagmamahal sa Sarili) a feeling of self-


respect and personal worth.
