Assessment Component Description Weight

Quizzes There will be Two Quizzes. Average will be considered 10 Marks

Case Discussion Students in Groups will be required to make presentation 10 Marks


on analysis of cases/case-lets.

Project Report and It will be on group basis (group of 4 to 6 students). Project 12 + 08 = 20 Marks
Presentation will involve application of course contents on topics like
Process analysis, Location decision, Layout designing,
Manpower scheduling, TQM, Supply Chain Management
etc. A live project is suggested for students.

Mid Term Examination It will be based on the course covered till 12th session. This 20 Marks
will consist of case study, application-based situation
questions along with conceptual review.

End Term Examination It will be based on the total course. This will consist of 40 Marks
case study, application-based situation questions along
with conceptual review.

• Exam will be based on examples and cases taken during the session
• Bring your laptops when pre-informed
• Class will be divided into Learning teams, kindly provide me a list
• Provide me with a list of names, email ids and phone numbers of each students
by tomorrow evening in soft copy (For CR)
• Create a Whats app group of section (For CR)
• All assignments should be submitted by end of the working day of the date
provided
• Presentations will not be rescheduled unless preinformed two days in advance
and with genuine reasons
• Project work will not be accepted without proper formatting, turn it in report
• Keep your mobiles in silent mode and failure to do so will result in marks
deduction
• All class activities may carry marks
