events and people.
 It opposes, does not deal with
real-life events.

believable setting.
- It resembles real life. Plot that highlights
social or personal events.

- A genre of writing in which then plot could
not happen in real life.

- The plot often involves magic, witchcraft and


takes place in other dimensions.

- A collection of fictional stories about
animals and people, that of cultural myths,
jokes, songs, tales and even quotes.

passed down verbally.

- A genre which the primary focus is
romantic love and relationship.

- Genre that focuses a puzzling crime,
situation, or circumstances that needs
to be solved.

- It relies on heavy scientific facts,


theories and principles which makes it
different from fantasy.
