How to manage your boss?

● Be a problem solver, not a problem creator.

● Stay calm even when everything around you is in a state of
chaos.
● Don't blame others but always hold yourself accountable.
● Set up healthy boundaries.
● Never make excuses.
● Make your boss look good.
● Be a consistently positive force.
Key Learnings for Future Managers
● Divide goals into small targets
● It is very important to know that there are people of different
backgrounds and cultures
● Continuous efforts should be made to incorporate everyone's ideas
● Develop a switch in your mind to maintain work-life balance
● Learning never stops
● Learn to accept failures
● Never be biased
● Be a role model for them, act as a mentor
● Be a good listener and empathetic
● Soft skills are must.
Conclusion
Management is about getting things done. Today, we have
knowledgeable employees, who are self-motivated, want to
have autonomy in their working styles, unlike the past
where everything needed to be explained. Here, leadership
comes into play. Leadership is about achieving goals by
creating a direction and developing a sense of persistence
and into a business and inspiring the employee to take the
initiative and make the correct decisions.
