prahlahdpur , new delhi with an area of 100
sq.
Yards. It has shown a rapid movement in the
growth of the business .Now the total area of
all units have reached around 3500 sq yards . It
has total 2 different manufacturing units .

The workers have fixed pay. The part time work
of the workers have different method for
payment .
After working 8 hrs. the more time which they
contribute gets added in their wages on hourly
bases.
For ex. If he worked for 4 hrs , he / she will be
paid with an amount 120 Rs / hr

They are only paid through cheque , or cash

 If the worker does not want to have snacks ,
He /She will be given the money for Snacks
 If the worker eats his lunch within 5 minutes
from when the break starts so the whole Lunch break
will be considered as his / her part time work and
will be paid accordingly.
 All the workers are given RATION CARD through
which they can easily avail everything.
For ex. The labour will be able to buy rice at 2
Rs/kg which he / she used to buy for Rs 40/kg

 Protective glass wears and gloves should be given to the workers.
 Noise Control
Significant noise exposures often come from equipment such as
braiders and belt grinders, air-exhaust ports, compressed air leaks
and steam leaks. Noise-reducing enclosures are effective for
braiders and grinders. Very effective silencers are made for air-
exhaust ports.
 Work Practices
To prevent dermatitis and rubber allergies, rubber chemicals and
fresh rubber batches should not come in contact with the skin.
Where engineering controls are insufficient for this, long gauntlet
gloves, or gloves and long-sleeved shirts, should be used to keep
powders and rubber slabs off the skin.
