According to WHO (1947), Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and
social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Various
efforts can be done by all people to maintain health, given the importance of
it. One of them is among college students. Unfortunately, maintaining health
is not a priority for college students. Health problems are often experienced
by students due to unhealthy lifestyles. This happens because of the reasons
that arise as a result of activities carried out on campus. The transition from
high school students to college students requires sufficient adaptation to
deal with a harder world of lectures. Moreover, for college students who are
migrating, they need to rent a place to stay. They not only take education
outside the region, but also must be good at managing life independently.

Having a healthy body is everyone's dream. Because if health is
disrupted, the body is sick, then our soul is not good and the mind will
be biased. The number of activities makes students rarely in homes or
boarding houses. As a result they often snack between activities and
eating out. If almost every day, their nutritional needs will not be
fulfilled. A body that lacks nutrition will not work optimally. Busy
lectures, UKM activities, organizations, not to mention hanging out all
night to just play with friends.

Life to be a student is certainly different when you used to study in high
school. In lectures we must be able to balance academic and non-
academic achievements. Students must also be able to divide their
time to balance their academic. On campus students will probably join
organizations that spend a lot of time on the field. Not to mention
being active in the UKM UKM of universities which drains time and
energy, especially sports UKM.

Tips And Trick (for Origin)
1. eating 4 healthy , 5 perfect.
2. exercising in order to enhance physical fitness.
3. reduce the unimportant activity which can reduce the quality of health.
4. Sleep regularly, do not often stay up at midnight .
5. bath and clean regularly.
6. Have an enough rest.
7. Socialize with people.
8. Frequent hand washing
9. Minimize the use of smartphone or computer excessively.
10. Avoid alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs.
Trick and Tips (for newcomer student)
1. Keep the cleanliness of the room
2. Make a good habit and adapt in new environment
3. drink of water
4. fasting and brushing teeth
5. selective in getting know the surroundings.
6. Do the tasks early so as not to stay up at midnight.
7. Selective in having meal.
8. Take a bath routinely.
9. Avoid yourself from stress
10. Check to the nearest medical center routinely.
