SECTION 377

 INTRODUCTION
SECTION 377 of the Indian penal court
introduced in 1861 during the BRITISH RULE
OF INDIA . Modelled on the BUGGERY ACT OF
1533 , it is used to criminalize sexual activities
“against the order of nature” .
On 6TH SEPTEMBER 2018 our hon’ble
SUPREME COURT OF INDIA decided to
announce that the application of section 377
to console homosexual sex between adults
was unconstitutional , “irrational , indefensible
and Manifestly arbitrary” , but section 377
remains in force relating to sex with Minors,
non-consensual sexual acts , and bestiality .
 Social problem

In my personal opinion , a Homosexual is brave than all of us . No

one in our society accept them , but they don’t care about it , they
accept publically even when their society , friends , even parents
oppose them .

They admit it publicly “yes we are homosexual and we are not

ashamed of it .
And on other side we people are not even
confident to say it to one individual (I mean to
one you call crush).

May be it become legal to be in homosexual

relation but still they need a lot like Right to
marriage , divorce , adoption of child and
Right to register case on Domestic violence.
But we people not care about their feeling ,
neither their efforts to manage them in a society
nor the problem they face .

CONCLUSION
Short of all I said is that they are
also HUMAN they also need and
want respect in their life . Its
our duty to aware rest of the
elders population about it ,
because we are not only
students , we are the future of
the Nation .

those for whom to be loved or
to love someone is not crime
anymore ..
