City University of Malaysia was founded by a group of scholars with extensive experience in local and
international universities in April 1984 and stands tall among Malaysia’s premier Institution of Higher
Education. 33 years of excellency and accreditation from MQA & MOHE is the best prove of it.

The University College was awarded “ University ” status in 2016, to be recognized today as CITY
UNIVERSITY OF MALAYSIA. This is a University where a unique fusion of technology, innovation
and creativity works effectively towards preparing graduates for significant roles in business and
society globally.

With 8 faculties and 3 learning center (Language, Foundation Studies and Graduate Studies),
City U offers 64 programs which have been accredited, including
