VISUAL ART IN MEDIEVAL

TYPES OF MEDIEVAL ARTS
ILLUMINATED MANUSCRIPTS

silver.

manuscripts.

producing a golden and luminous effect.

Romanesque Art late 12th and early 13th
century.

castles.

parchment, paper, painted wood, embroidery,
enamel stonework and stained glass.

Byzantine Art
