Steps to make :
Wash the rice until it is clean
and boiled with
water (approximately 1/2 liter), sti

SOUP (SPINACH &
CARROT)
Ingredients :
Spinach

1 liter of water
Steps to make :
First, puree all ingredients. Cook the
water until boils, put the material in
advance. Put the hard vegetables,
spinach and carrot, boiled until the
vegetables soft. Put a spice that has

OMELETTE
Ingredients :
An egg
Salt

Steps to make :
First, break the egg into a bowl.

SKIM MILK
Steps to make :
Take the milk in a hollow pan and
boil for 10 to 15 minutes on a low
flame.
Switch off the stove and put the
pan aside for cooling.
Once it is cooled down, you'll
notice a layer of cream floating
on the milk.
Remove the cream and your milk
will be free from fat.
DESSERT (PAPAYA
FRUIT)
The steps :
Wash the papaya until clean.
Cut the papaya. Start by cutting
off the top end of the papaya.
Slice the papaya in half
lengthwise.
Scoop out the seeds from both
halves of the papaya use a
spoon.
Slice the papaya halves in half
crosswise.
Slice the papaya into chunks.
