The goal of the diet for heart disease, one of
which is to prevent and eliminate the hoarding of salt.
The terms of this diet should be low in
cholesterol, low in salt, fat, protein and energy are
enough. Foods that should be avoided is fatty meats,
dried beans, which contain high fat, vegetables and
fruit containing gas. The patient should also avoided
coffee, alcohol and tobacco.

on the milk.
Remove the cream and your milk
will be free from fat.
DESSERT (PAPAYA
FRUIT)

Wash the papaya until clean.
Cut the papaya. Start by cutting
off the top end of the papaya.
Slice the papaya in half
lengthwise.
Scoop out the seeds from both
halves of the papaya use a
spoon.
Slice the papaya halves in half
crosswise.
Slice the papaya into chunks.
