Banahao, Kabunga-an and Plaridel Secondary Schools Problem Statement The secondary school of Baybay City Division is facing the problem of littering and improper waste disposal that greatly hinder the environmental progress in the community particularly the secondary schools of Banahao, Ciabu, Kabunga-an, Mailhi and Plaridel. Littering problem and improper waste disposal can cause flooding, dangers and destroy the unity of the school which certainly affect the health, safety of the students, teachers and other people involved. Problem Statement A clean environment is a sign of progressive community. Thus, untidy surroundings is suggesting unpleasant situation to the learners that may cause minimal support from the community, stakeholders and other institutions. Rationale Inorder environment cannot happen by itself; littering and improper ways of disposal of the said schools can be dealt with the involvement of the one's concern. So, certain programs and activities should be undertaken to address these problems. Solid waste can be dramatically reduced if not controlled through the integration of the 5R's: Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose and Recycle. Goals
• To provide ways on how to properly dispose the wastes;
• To make proper waste disposal a part of a school's culture;
• To recycle things out from the garbage wastes
Objectives General Objective: The general objective of the curriculum is to dispose the waste properly.
Specifically, it aims to:

No mixed garbages or unsegregated waste materials are in the community; and 5. School projects out from nonbiodegradable materials are exhibited and sold.
