 How To Develop Literacy Rate
Selection of the Centers
• The Ratio would be 1:10.
• Per Centre one Instructor/Instructress
• Location of the Center – Instructors own Place/Any

• Centers will be established based on the Learners.
Monitor and Evaluation
• A Monitoring Committee will be formed to support the
Instructors carrying out Entire programme.
• Evaluation will be done at the End of the project. Small
weekly assessment came be done by the Instructors
and the Monitoring Committee to track down the
progress.

Selection & Developing Instructors
• Block level Selection committee will be formed.
