Hyatt Hotels Corporation is an American multinational hospitality
company that manages and franchises luxury hotels , resorts , and
vacation properties around the globe.

The first Hyatt House was opened in 1954 by entrepreneur Hyatt Robert
von Dehn as a motel near Los Angeles International Airport. I

n 1957, the hotel was purchased by entrepreneur Jay Pritzker for $2.2
million marking the beginning of a worldwide Hotel establishment.
Grand Hyatt Goa
 Grand Hyatt Goa is a 5 Deluxe property situation at the shores of
Bambolim , one of Goas most well know beach site .
 The land was owned by a local Goan Family named “ Sinaris ”.
 The land was later purchased by The Goan Real Estate and
Construction LTD ( Dynamic Group ) - 1992 and 1993 .
 The plan of the hotel was conceptualised in mid 1995.
 After a few years by the end of 2005 the work resumed so as to
complete the project.
 On December 22 , 2009 the hotel signed an agreement with Hyatt
international
 Occupation of the hotel was obtained on 11 July 2010 with all licenses
and permissioms .
 The property was opened as Grand Hyatt Goa on 1st August 2011.

 This outlet provides typical Indian Cuisine.
 Guest can book a private dinner for
function such as parties , reception ect
 This outlet does not serve breakfast ( only
if occupancy is very high )

Lunch: 12.30 pm- 03.30 pm,
Dinner: 07.00 pm- 11.30.pm.
Capiz Bar
 The bar serves fantastic Cocktails and
Mocktails.
 Selection of light snacks like finger foods
and beverage are available.
 Speciality : Saturday Supper Club

 Timing: 04.00pm to 12.00am (Daily).


The Confeitaria
 Confeitaria is the coffee shop of the hotel.
 The coffee shop serves 35 different varieties of
Devi coffee from different regions of the world.
 Guest in house as well as others can place
orders for special cakes here.
 Special pastries and shakes are available with
Grand Cake being the attraction.

 Timing : The daily High Tea is available at


03.00pm to 07.00pm starting from INR. 800.

Conclusion
 The purpose of Industrial Training was to expose myself to the world
of work so that I could relate theoretical knowledge with application
in industry.

 The training period in GRAND HYATT GOA was really a memorable


time period. Where I was given time to understand how the industry
is, how to adapt with the industry, how to face difficult situations.

 I Would like to thank The Principal Mr Singaravelavam , Training


Coordinator Mr Arun Ragav K as well as all the people whi helped
me with the training and gave me this wonderful opportunity to
learn .
