Õ On approval, HR Sources and screens the right candidate

Õ Department Head shortlists the candidates and forwards the applications to HR


cell

Õ Applications are scrutinized/verified and interview conducted by HR cell in


coordination with Department Head

Õ CEO/GM approves the appointment of selected candidate

Õ Offer letter/appointment letters are issued to new recruits


Õ °oining Report ʹ New employee shall submit all the relevant certificates/
documents and photos to HR cell

Õ Orovident Fund ʹ Declaration / Nomination Form ʹ New employees shall fill all
concerned documents forms ʹ OF/ESI and agreement on confidentiality

Õ Transfer Form

Õ Employees͛ agreement on confidentiality


Õ New Employee is firstly briefed on
ë Company͛s History

ë Vision. Mission, HR Oolicies, Objectives & regulations

ë Oroducts, Business Operations

ë Service rules and code of conduct

ë Various trainings, growth opportunities etc.

Õ Introduced to all Department to understand the work culture followed

Õ HR Manager monitors the Induction programme

Õ On completion, an Induction certificate shall be issued


Õ Every employee is appointed on Orobationary Oeriod ʹ may be six months

Õ Based on Oerformance, the employee may be confirmed or OO may be extended or


may be terminated

Õ HR cell dispatches Employee assessment form for confirmation at least 15 days


prior to the department

Õ The department inturn submit the form duly completed 7 days prior

Õ On evaluation of the assessment, necessary letters are issued to the employee


Õ Casual Leave ʹ 6 days each in a year
ë CL cannot be encashable
ë Week offs & Holidays in between CL will be counted as leave

Õ Sick leave ʹ 6 days each in a year


ë Medical certificate for SL up to 2 days may not be required
ë SL cannot be encashable
ë Week offs & Holidays in between SL will not be counted as leave

Õ Earned Leave ʹ 6 days in a year


Õ Maternity Leave
ë Eligibility : minimum 2 years of service
ë Maximum period of leave will be 12 weeks
ë Basic salary will be paid for 2 months
ë SL and EL can be combined

Õ HR department will maintain Leave records as per SHOOS AND ESTABLISHMENT ACT OF
TAMILNADU
