As its said solar non-voice, the project is based
on solar Appointent.
The employee will call up the customer and will
tell them
 From where we are calling and for what we
are calling and what's the product we are
promoting.
If customer is interested will continue the call
by asking 4 quality question to qualify the
customer to connect the their call to LIVE
AGENT @ Australia or USA
The four quality question is as fallows
 The person should be below 64 years
 The person should be the house owner.
 The family should be single family.
 Their electric city bill should be = or more
than 100
 Here the employee is no need to speak to the
customer directly
 The IVR button should be pressed. There will
be pre recorded voice will installed in the
software.
 The employee should listen to the customer
carefully and REPLY through IVR button
accordingly.
 We have auto dial technology in this board
which converts outbound into inbound.
 We have start and resume button , when we
press the start button the calls automatically
gets connected by filtering all the unwanted
calls i.e.., not reachable, switched off, wrong
numbers.
 After one call the another call will get
automatically connected within 30sec.

After asking the quality question we will transfer
customer call to LIVE AGENT @ Australia or USA,
or we can even set appointment using IVR board
Next ,customer appointment is fixed after talking
to live agent and sent for visit
For each appointment you will be paid 25 AUD
DOLLAR or 25 USA DOLLAR for each appointment
And if in case the lead is closed you will be paid
extra 50$ as bonus which will be announce by
our company as a incentive.
 Its an direct end sign up.
 Payment will be through our company to your
company account.
 Support team will help you any assistance like
billing and technical issues.
 Tranning will be provide from our company
and personal manager will be appointed
 We make MOU between your and our
company
 This MOU will be done for 3 years.
 Billing will be done Bi-Weekly
 Each and every call will be recorded to check
the quality of the call, and for track
recording.
We are providing you server , software ,dialer,
data , and training.
Our vendor manager and trainer will come to
your place and train up the employees.
(accommodation and travels expenses for vendor
manager and trainer should be look after from
you side)
